Terms of use
Last updated: 25 Sep 2023
1. Acceptance
By registering, signing in, or using this site, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the site.
2. Account
Keep your username and password safe. They must meet the rules on the sign-up page. You are responsible for loss caused by sharing or leaking your account. The site may limit or close an account if rules are broken.
3. The service
The site provides numbers for receiving SMS codes. You can read them on the page or through the site API. Regions, projects, stock, and prices follow what the buy page shows after you sign in. Promo or new-user prices apply only as marked.
4. Allowed use
Numbers and the API may be used only for lawful purposes. Do not use them for fraud, account theft, harassment, illegal content, or anything that breaks applicable law. You are responsible for sign-ups, logins, and other actions done with numbers from this site.
5. Fees and balance
Orders are charged from your balance at the price shown on the buy page. How you add funds and when they arrive follow the account page. Except for a site-side double charge, or a paid order that was not delivered and cannot be replaced, spent balance is generally not refunded. Balance cannot be transferred.
6. Numbers and SMS
Numbers are assigned by this site for the order only. That is not ownership of the number. The site does not guarantee every SMS will arrive, that a number will work on every app, or that it will stay available. Keep SMS content you view on this site safe on your side.
7. Interruptions
The site may pause or change features for maintenance, network issues, or stock changes. We will try to limit the impact, but we are not liable for indirect loss.
8. Violations
If you break these terms or the law, the site may refuse service, cancel orders, freeze or close the account, and assist authorities as required.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated. The latest text on this page applies. Continued use means you accept the update.
10. Other
Disputes under these terms should be discussed first. If that fails, they may be brought before a court with jurisdiction where the site is operated.
